The LISD Communications Office will review requests for posting yard signs at campuses from non-profit third-party school support organizations and youth organizations. Requests need to be made at least 1 week in advance of the requested start date.

Yard signs must be professionally printed. No more than 2 signs can be placed at elementary campuses, 3 at the intermediate and middle school campuses, and 4 at the high school campus at any time. Approved signs may be displayed for 14 days (additional time may be requested), and they must be taken up within 48 hours after the event ends. If signs are not picked-up, the school will dispose of them. Abuse of this process could jeopardize an organization's ability to place signs at the schools in the future.
