The 2025 Lovejoy ISD Bond Package was developed by a community-based committee of 49 students, parents, and community members who met to study the instructional and operational facilities in Lovejoy ISD. After months of discussion, research, facility tours, and collaboration, the bond planning committee finalized their recommendation to the Board of Trustees. This bond package is based on their recommendations.

Lovejoy ISD’s capital asset study and strategic planning process began in 2022 when the Capital Planning Committee Charter was approved by the Board of Trustees. The stakeholder based Capital Planning and Bond Planning committees met for a total of 18 times over a 20 month period touring campuses, evaluating third party facility assessment data, and developing a bond package recommendation.
